- Pull the customer up in the Customer Master
- Go to the WTTY Tab
- Under OPS user select the OPS individual the LTL POD needs to go to
- If OPS individual is not listed we will need to go into the schema editor and add the user along with changing a queue in Document Power or adding a new queue
