LME Frozen/Will not open

***There are two options in this solution. 

        If option 1 does not work, please try option 2. ***


OPTION 1


  1. Open Task Manager
  2. Under Processes Tab and under Background Processes 
  3. Look for "RemoteApp and Desktop Connection Runtime"
  4.     
  5. Right click the above process and "End Task"
  6. 5. Try to open LME again


OPTION 2


  1. Click anywhere on the LME menu or any LME screen that is open.
  2.  Press Ctrl + Alt + End on your keyboard at the same time and the below screen will pop up
  3. Choose "Sign Out"
