***There are two options in this solution.
If option 1 does not work, please try option 2. ***
OPTION 1
- Open Task Manager
- Under Processes Tab and under Background Processes
- Look for "RemoteApp and Desktop Connection Runtime"

- Right click the above process and "End Task"
- 5. Try to open LME again
OPTION 2
- Click anywhere on the LME menu or any LME screen that is open.
- Press Ctrl + Alt + End on your keyboard at the same time and the below screen will pop up
- Choose "Sign Out"
