If RingCentral will not open please try one or both of the below options.
1. Open Task Manager
2. Under Processes Tab
A. Under Apps or Background Processes
3. Find the below process
4. Right click and End Task
Ring Central should now open up.
If the above does not work please try restarting your computer.
