Phone Fowarding

Open RingCentral

Select Phone on the left hand side

Click the three dots in the upper right hand corner

Select Call Rules

Toggle on Forward All Calls in upper right corner

Click the carrot to edit

Select Forward the Call from drop down list

Select extension to forward to

Save
